Standard delivery times are as follows :

1. UK Mainland – Delivery time 2 – 5 working days

2. EU countries – Delivery time 5 – 10 working days.

3. USA and Canada – Delivery time 5 – 14 working days.

On dispatch of your order you will receive a confirmation email.

I hope you will be delighted with your items when you receive them. Refunds can be issued if you notify Lauren van Helmond within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please see ‘Terms & Conditions’ for full information.

Every attempt is made to ensure your items are packaged securely.  In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email Lauren van Helmond immediately so an exchange or refund can be arranged.  Please do not throw away the damaged item.  Photographic proof of damage may be required.  Keep it in its packaging and inform me of the problem within 3 days of receiving the goods.

– If you are not in for delivery, a card will be left with details so that you can arrange a collection/redelivery.
– If this happens and your item is not collected from the postal/courier depot – or if redelivery is not arranged with the carrier – causing it to be returned to me, I will need to charge you to ship it again.
– I cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery so do let me know if you need your order by a certain date. Please contact Lauren van Helmond as soon as possible if your item does not arrive when expected.

Yes, I am happy for customers to collect in person.  Simply pay at the checkout, select ‘collect in person’ and then arrange with me which market you would like to collect from.
